God Cares

I am so grateful!! I know it could seem like a small matter—though God cares for even these. Over the weekend we went in to Caretti's Pizza 2625 Philadelphia Ave Route 11. That evening I realized I had lost one of my earrings. After scouring through the van and my things, I just couldn’t find it anywhere.
Today while in the Chick-fil-A drive through line I had one of the boys check under the passenger seat again. Nothing. Elim piped up, “Mom, maybe call Caretti’s.
What do you know? The guy who answered the phone had found it the other day. So that’s great—though the back was still missing.
But just now when I came out from picking up the lost treasure, I looked down in the parking lot, and there it was!! Again. Such a simple but precious reminder that God cares about all the things—both the big and important matters AND the seemingly small ones.
And so, “Let him have all your worries and cares, for he is always thinking about you and watching everything that concerns you.” 1 Peter 5:7 TLB
